The 11th Wish Music Awards (WMA) lit up the iconic Araneta Coliseum last night, celebrating a landmark moment for Original Pilipino Music (OPM) and a new era for Wish 107.5.

The ceremony spotlight was on P-pop powerhouse SB19, who dominated the awards with multiple wins, including Wishclusive Pop Performance of the Year, Wishclusive Ballad Performance of the Year, Wish Pop Song of the Year, and the fan-voted Wishers’ Choice Award, further cementing their status as global OPM icons.
Other standout winners included Cup of Joe, TJ Monterde, and Earl Agustin, each making a strong impact with chart-topping songs and genre-defining performances.
The ceremony also paid tribute to legends and trailblazers, honouring the Apo Hiking Society and recognising institutions that continue to uplift the Filipino music community.

Music And Charity Win
During the ceremony, charity was also in the spotlight. For the 19 major categories — covering Wishclusive, Song, and Artist awards — winners were allowed to award Php100,000 to a beneficiary.
For the 11th WMAs, the roster of recipients comprised patients from the Philippine Cancer Society.
Since 1956, the organisation has championed cancer-related advocacies, including statistical research, education and information, prevention and early detection, and focused patient services.
The said amount was apart from the Php25,000 given to the winners themselves.
Meanwhile, the Organisasyon ng Pilipinong Mang-aawit (OPM) received a donation of Php70,000 as this year’s KDR Icon of Music and Philanthropy.
