Aamir Khan‘s last film Laal Singh Chaddha, which is an official adaptation of the 1994 American film Forrest Gump, terribly bombed at the box office amid boycott calls. However, Telugu actor Naga Chaitanya, who made his Hindi debut with the film, has no regrets of being a part of this Aamir starrer.
Discussing about the film’s failure, Nagatold India Today, ““If you want me to play a Dootha [messenger] and predict that the film (Laal Singh Chaddha) wouldn’t have worked, and (then ask me), will you do it? I would still do it because there is so much I took away from that film and working with Aamir sir.No regrets at all. I am so happy that I did it.”
He also said that it is important to move on from failures and not let them hold one back from stepping ahead. He believes that life is full of ups and downs and one should never look back after introspecting both your success and failure.

The story of the film revolves around the life of Laal Singh Chaddha, played by Aamir Khan, a character with a low IQ who inadvertently influences several defining historical moments in the United States. The film follows his journey and explores the impact he has on the people and events around him.
Besides Aamir, the film features Kareena Kapoor Khan in a prominent role. This film marks the reunion of Aamir Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan on the big screen after their previous collaborations in films like 3 Idiots and Talaash.

On the work front, Naga made his debut on OTT with the supernatural suspense thriller series Dhootha. He plays the role of Sagar, an ambitious and successful journalist who finds himself engulfed by supernatural events that are at the nexus of many mysterious and gruesome deaths, and are now shadowing over his family.
The eight-episode series also features Parvathy Thiruvothu, Priya Bhavani Shankar, and Prachi Desai playing pivotal roles. Helmed by national award-winning director Vikram Kumar, the series unfolds as an atmospheric, supernatural thriller – a mesmerising tapestry of tension and mystery that holds viewers spellbound until the very end.
