What surprised the filmmaker was that Amitabh Bachchan only brought a single suitcase with him.Vidhu Vinod expressed his amazement, to which Amitabh Bachchan humorously explained that he tends to travel very lightly.
The actor then shared that it was his wife, Jaya Bachchan, who insisted on him carrying just one suitcase, as she believed he wouldn’t be able to survive for more than a week on Vidhu’s film set.

Further, Vidhu Vinod shared how Mr Bachchan defied the expectations of his wife, Jaya by working diligently and beautifully completing the film. Despite Vidhu Vinod’s initial skepticism, he acknowledged that Big B not only tolerated him but also delivered outstanding work.
Later, in order to show his appreciation, the Bollywood producer disclosed that he gifted a luxury car worth Rs 4.5 crores to Amitabh Bachchan. According to Chopra, Big B tolerated him and did a great job in the film.
In another interview, Sachin Pilgaonkar reminisced about filming the 1982 movie, ‘Satte Pe Satta,’ with Amitabh Bachchan. Sharing insights into their experience, Sachin recalled witnessing the jovial side of Big B during their shoot in Kashmir. The actor even shared a humorous incident, disclosing that Amitabh Bachchan, along with Sachin and other crew members, played a prank on Jaya Bachchan.
Expanding on the story, Sachin explained that Amitabh Bachchan would often spend time with the crew after shooting, leaving Jaya Bachchan curious about his whereabouts. One night, to add a playful twist, they decided to call Jaya and mimicked a girl’s voice, pretending to be a secret admirer of Amitabh.
