The 2025 Asia Star Entertainer Awards (ASEA) is finally here with a two-day, star-studded event making its return for the second year. Launched by Newsen and Starl Magazine, the ceremony brings together some of the biggest names in the Asian entertainment industry.
The ceremony was held at the K-Arena Yokohama in Japan on May 28 & 29. The prestigious two-day event kicked off with glitz and glamour as artists celebrated excellence in music and drama across the region.
Following day 1, stars once again greeted over 18,700 audiences at K-Arena Yokohama, lighting up the evening with spectacular performances and a grandiose celebration of the past year in Asian cultural content.
Day 2 of the ceremony was hosted by MONSTA X’s Hyungwon, Kim Hye Yoon, and The Boyz’s Younghoon.
On this day, girl group i-dle claimed the top prize of Daesang, being recognized with the ‘Record of the Year’ award for their 2nd full album, ‘2’. The group also took home 2 other trophies, ‘The Platinum’ (Bonsang) and the ‘Global K-Pop Leader’ award.
However, the winner of the Asia Star Entertainer Awards (ASEA) was announced many fans were excited to know the full list of award recipients during the ceremony night.

Asia Star Entertainer Awards 2025 Lineup
On the first day (May 28), performance by aespa, KiiiKiii, NCT WISH, Hearts2Hearts, NiziU, timelesz (minus Yositaka Hara), Xdinary Heroes, ENHYPEN and NEXZ will woo fans. Actor Jang Geunseok will be in attendance as one of the many MCs of the night.

Kim Hye Yoon’s Lovely Runner co-star and K-drama heartthrob Byeon Woo Seok will be presenting the Grand Prize. Meanwhile, actor Choo Young Woo, fresh off The Tale of Lady Ok and The Trauma Code: Heroes on Call fame, will be attending as a presenter as well.

When & Where to watch Asia Star Entertainer Awards (ASEA) 2025
Red Carpet event begins at 3:30 pm KST (12 pm IST), and the main ceremony will commence at 5:30 pm KST (2 pm IST).
International audiences, excluding Japan, may sign up on the Dalda (dalda.io) official website to view the special experience for free. NAVER CHZZK and Naver TV will reportedly also offer accessibility to the show in South Korea. Meanwhile, fans in Japan may tune into TBS Channel and ABEMA for the broadcast.
