The 71st National Film Awards, presented by the National Film Development Corporation of India, were announced on 1 August 2025 to honour the best of Indian cinema in 2023.

During the event night, Films, actors, and technicians from across the country were honoured for their contributions to cinema. From Shah Rukh Khan, Rani Mukerji, and Vikrant Massey winning Best Actor awards to regional films like HanuMan and Parking scoring some big wins.
The winners’ list comprises actors and films that have made a mark and impressed audiences through and through. The films chosen as winners are certified by the Central Board of Film Certification between January 1, 2023, and December 31, 2023.
